About Rehabilitation / Personal Training
If you have an injury, rehabilitation can teach you the exercises necessary to reach your maximum recovery. Personal training can help you begin an exercise program or push your fitness to the next level. Training can also provide you with an exercise program that you can do at home or a gym. Rehabilitation and training sessions are one-on-one and can use a variety of equipment, such as tubing, bands or weights.
